The Bryanston Shopping Centre has been in existence since the late 1960's but was formally developed as a community centre at the end of September 1971. Bryanston Shopping Centre can be regarded as one of the most stable, successful and lucrative shopping centres, which caters for the affluent community of Bryanston and its surrounding areas. Bryanston Shopping Centre is 32 years old.
In the past the centre comprised of a fairly complete range of shops, including a Checkers and Woolworth’s Food. Today the centre boasts 55 stores, which caters from beauty, fashion, food, services and much more. The tenant mix at Bryanston appeal to the plethora of wealthy, not-so-young residents in the area, which enjoys above average loyalty. As a centre we are proud to announce that amongst our tenant mix are still some of the founding stores when the centre was first developed. As a centre we are always there to serve the customer profiles and addressing their specific needs. Our valued customers have tremendous benefits from being greeted and known by name by most traders. They also benefit from our easy and convenient shopping hours and always has a feel of comfort that only “our kind of people” shops here. The centre now has some very new and exciting stores that have just opened.
The centre has 24-hour security and a parking area, which has ample parking bays, which is also very secure, thanks to the car guards who lend a helping hand.
The centre is owned by Fountainhead Property Trust and managed by Broll Property Group. The Management Team at the Bryanston Shopping Centre are Sandy Singh the Centre Manager, Yoliswa Shabalala the Administrator.
The Bryanston Shopping Centre has always been an active supporter of charity organisations and is always looking to lend a helping hand. The centre also has bins for the recycling of paper and bottles and is a tremendous help in the area.
